    The deadline is today, but what time today? Midnight victoria time?

    Let’s say if I don’t have the submission by the time I wake up tomorrow morning, it probably won’t be included in the choice of a winner.

    Midnight PST works, but I’m not going to disqualify anyone for being a few minutes late.
